International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. Please refer to your own countries guidelines.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If by any chance your items received are damaged or faulty, we will exchange the item for the same chosen product (if still available at the time) with payments of return shipping paid by us. Items that are reported faulty or damaged must be sent back to us within 28 days of purchase.
"Change of mind" returns are only eligible with the original receipt attached and must be made within 14 days after items have been received. Items and original packaging have to be in an unused and undamaged condition.
Customers are liable for the condition of the items sent back to us, so we do encourage choosing a courier company that allows an insurance option for sent items.
